Sony’s Unveils Xperia SP – 4.6 inch, 1.7Ghz Dual Core Phone with Color Changing Belt

Sony must have figured out that not all people want the mammoth 5 inch display screen of Xperia Z, to cater the need of those, Sony has launched today the Xperia SP, a new mid range premium phone that is powered by a 1.7 GHz processor and features a 4.6 inch HD screen with Bravia Engine 2 tech. It also has a 8 MP Exmor RS sensor based rear camera. Other highlights of the Xperia SP are – a bottom lightning panel with color customization and aluminum metal frame which gives it a premium finish. Videos, specs and product images after the jump.

This particular model from Sony seems very tempting considering its lower price compared to Xperia Z, let me know when it will be launched in India and at what price.
