Hi ^_^
i stumbled up on this software called PSX2PSP, it converts PSX games to PSP games (EBoot style)
looks like a really useful program when combined with www.get-your-rom.com (if i'm not supposed to post this link plz remove it)
cuz that's the only way i can play old, not so popular games like Dead Ball Zone and Unholy War, two of my fav games ever!!!
only problem is, i have no idea how the program works
Would be grate to have a tutorial on how to use it, if it's not too much trouble
Thnx a million
-------------
Right... so i downloaded a few PSX games, and the converter seems fairly easy to use (youtube style), but there was something off when i downloaded Dead Ball Zone;
I extracted the files from rar and found 3 files o.0
1) .sub
2) .img.ecm
3) .ccd
when all i wanted was an ISO file :P
i tried the .img.ecm file with the converter, but the game didnt run on the PSP gave me a blank screen...
i read on some other forum that i only need the .sub file for emulators, does that work for the psp too or what?
any suggestions? o0

yeah... erm... i think you should just go ahead and delete this entire thread....
this shit's too complicated anyways o0
found better easier ways to do it
sry for waisting ur time...
Peace out
I found this website www.pspisoz(dot)com that has almost every PSX game, just like www.get-your-rom(dot)com but with the proper format for most games
managed to get Dead Ball Zone to work just fine using PSX2PSP, it's quite simple if the game file is the correct format.
but sill no luck with Unholy War.
And PSX classics u miss or recommend?![]()

I followed your guide and made an eboot of Xenogears but when I copy it to PSP/GAME folder I do not see it listed in my XMB... Any reason why?? I remember reading somewhere I need to change the name... But I had it named XenoGears, I held down the Right shoulder button and loaded into the recovery but no option for POPS.. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
please tell me what are the applications of this software
