To add an ISO file to your PSP link your PSP to your computer using a USB cord and setting your PSP to USB Mode. Then copy the files into PSP/Game150.
TO BE ABLE TO PLAY ISO FILES you need a PSP with Custom Firmware. It cannot be Firmwear you downloaded from Sony or using Network Update. To see which firmware you have go to Network Settings -> System Settings -> System Info on your PSP menu. If you do not have custom firmware you must downgrade your PSP and install it.
Any PSP can be downgraded. The method in which you are allowed to downgrade your PSP depends on which Offical Firmware you have. If you have a PSP Slim there is only one way to downgrade it. You will need to use something called "Pandora's Battery". There are thousands of tutorials online.
If you have the original PSP it is easy to downgrade depending on your Firmware. If you have a firmware less than 3.03 you can downgrade it without anything other than the downgrader. If you have firmware 3.03 you will need to own a copy of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories unpatched. You then use the update on the UMD that will downgrade your Firmware to 2.00.
If you have 3.50 Firmware you will need the Liminus Game. It will allow you to downgrade.
If you were unlucky enough to update your PSP on network Update and now have 3.51 or higher than you will need to have Something Called PANDORA's Battery and "Magic Memory Sitck". They are used to downgrade any PSP and automatically install custom firmware. If you wish to learn how go to Psp-Hacks.com and go to their forum and open the tutorials thread.
Hope this Helped. I would have provided the links but I am not at home, thus I don't have them.
