    yeah! you are right... If it's not hackable, then there's nothing you can do...
    I had continously hacking problems with my PSP.Then, I visit this link and solve my problem.. Check out the above link provided by "black fire" if you are facing the same problem, as I was...

    Definitely a good idea! Yesterday I toasted an Apple laptop by running a hack in the OpenFirmware that wasn't intended for my device and now it's no good. Always ALWAYS ALWAYS read the device list to make sure your stuff can be modified otherwise you'll end up with a device that's no good.
