Sony India has slashed the price of its famous PlayStation Portable from Rs 9,490 to just Rs 7,990. Also the company will ship these portable consoles with a new game called Street Cricket Champions, which is a pretty smart move as India is a cricket-crazy nation. Sony is also looking forward to release its synchronized music experience service, Music Unlimited on PSN. So it can be said that Sony has timed these offering very aptly. (more…)

Sony NGP

Recently in Tokyo, Sony unveiled its latest creation, a Next Generation Portable entertainment system, it’s a big brother of PlayStation Portable(PSP) with all the new tech advancements like capacitive multi-touchscreen, dual analog sticks, dual cameras etc. This is a major breakthrough in the portable entertainment, the hardware specifications of NGP fits nicely into the well crafted design as well, and I’m sure fans will approve it for the PSP2 title. Most of the file types like .mkv, .mp4 and .mov are fully playable. WD Live TV Hub also features the latest HDMI 1.4 standard for compatibility with most of the latest HDTVs, it also offers wireless streaming of media to your portable devices, DLNA/UPnP-compatible TVs, PS3, Xbox 360 etc.
