HTC has unveiled Explorer Android phone at a global launch event held in New Delhi just hours ago. HTC Explorer features 3.2 inch capacitive screen, 600MHz processor, 512MB Memory and comes with HTC sense 3.5 user interface. The best part of Explorer is its price, at less than Rs 10,000 its very appealing to the end users on a budget.
