New iPod Touch HD Revealed [iPod Touch 4]

Just like iPhone 4, we witnessed many iPod Touch 4 leaks and rumors, and now is the time to testify them. Steve jobs has finally revealed the anxiously awaited iPod Touch 4th generation at the Apple’s Media Event that took place hours before, lets take a look at the specs and features of the all new iPod Touch 4 with Retina Display and HD capabilities.

Features of new iPod Touch HD

Screen: 3.5” LED backlight Retina Display with 800:1 contrast ratio and 960×640 resolution,
Processor: Apple A4
RAM: 512MB
Memory: available in 8GB, 32GB, and 64GB version
Camera: Front facing camera for FaceTime calling, 5MP rear camera with LED flash and 5X digital zoom, 720p video recording
Operating System: iOS 4.1
Misc: 3-axis gyroscope, game center, accelerometer

The most notable iPod touch additions are its two cameras: One on the back of the player for capturing still photos and video, and a front-facing camera for FaceTime video conferencing.
