Hackulo.us have just officially released the Installous 3.2 for iPad, though it has been available for iPad users for quite sometime now, but with the latest release of Installous 3.2 you can also sync downloaded apps via Installous on iPad with iTunes just like every other application.

Installous is a Cydia app available only for Jailbroken iPad which allows you to download .ipa files directly to your iPad and allows direct syncing of the apps with iTunes.

Appsync for iPad is also available via Cydia and is available at the same repo/source.
