Manual Deskterity is a new kind of multi-touch technology which uses both finger touch and Stylus Pen as input to manipulate the objects on screen simultaneously, you can use variety of gestures using your fingers and at the same time using stylus to take notes, edit, crop photos thus using touchscreen in a more natural way.

Currently the technology is in prototype stage at Microsoft Research. The video below defines the technology, using Microsoft Surface for demo.
