LG Unveils Low Cost FM Mobile Phones

LG announced that they will be launching two new mobile handsets targeting the entry level low price segment. The new mobiles are the GB110 and GB106, both of these are targeted towards people who love to listen to FM radios on the mobile phones. These low priced mobiles have a candybar design and comes with a 1.5 inch display having 65k colors. One good feature about these handsets is that they have a FM radio with a built in FM antenna. So now, you can listen to radio on the speakerphone without connecting the headset just like a radio. The LG GB106 has a five way D pad which can be used to navigate through the phone and comes with 1 MB of internal memory. The GB110 comes with a VGA camera and an mp3 player. It also has support for microSD card slot for upto 2GB. Both these phones offer around 400 hours of standby time and 4 hours of talk time.

The pricing details of the phone have not yet been revealed but they are not going to be expensive. They are expected to be launched by the end of the month.
