MSI EX623 ‘Entertainment’ Notebook Announced

MSI has unveiled a new 16 inch notebook having a 16:9 Widescreen display. It is a great notebook for home users or for students who are looking for a good multimedia notebook for entertainment purpose. Apart from that, it also contains a good graphics card which will also allow for some good gaming performance.

The notebook is based on Intel Centrino 2 processor with a Core 2 Duo CPU. It comes with the Cinema Pro Technology which makes movie watching a wonderful experience. It also comes with a Blu Ray drive and supports upto 4 GB DDR 2 RAM. It has WiFi, Bluetooth, 2MP integrated web camera for video chatting, 320 GB Hard Drive, e-Sata port and also features Dolby Home Theatre support. The graphics card provided is the Nvidia Geforce 9500 M GS. The 2 speaker system also comes with a sub woofer. Surprisingly, the notebook lacks a HDMI port.

It is powered by a six cell battery and weights around 2.7 Kg. The pricing and availability is not yet announced  but i don’t consider it to be cheap.
