NFS Undercover which instantly became famous just after its first trailer has become one of the most awaited NFS game ever released, its due release on 18th November and will arrive on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, PlayStation 2, PSP, DS, Wii and for mobiles. This Edition is developed by the EA’s Blackbox team, same team which gave us the NFS MostWanted.
Here are the NFS Undercover Minimum PC requirements:
- Windows XP/VISTA Operating system with latest service pack installed
- Processer: Intel Pentium 4 (or equivalent) CPU running at 2.8 GHz or higher (3.0GHz for Windows Vista PC)
- Minimum amount of RAM needed : 1GB RAM
- Graphics Card : Geforce 6500, Radeon 9500 or better DirectX compliant video card with Pixel shader 2.0 or above (AGP and PCIe only) using a supported chipset
- DirectX compatible sound card
- 8X or faster DVD Drive
- 2.0 GB of HD space required to install game
- DirectX Nov 2007 edition (included in Game Disc)
These minimum PC requirements of NFS Undercover has been revealed at the EA forums aren’t official but pretty much suggestive, compare your rig if it is capable of running NFS Undercover or not.

For all who still have doubts if the game will run:
RAM
If you have less than 1 GB RAM it will not work.
If you have 1 GB DDR1 it will run laggy !!!
With 1GB DDR2@667MHz it will run fine. All above is excellent !!!
CPU:
A Pentium 4 under 2.8 will be laggy (except HT CPU’s)
A pentium above will run fine at minimum. (All single core)
A CELERON single core will be very laggy (except those above 3,33 GHz)
All DUAL CORE CPU’s above 2 GHz will run perfectly !!!
Below causes some lag.
GPU:
AGP is NOT RECOMANDED !!!
GPU’s with 256 MB GDDR2 will LAG.
GPU’s with 256 MB GDDR3 will work just fine.
GPU’s with 512+ MB GDDR 2/3 will 100% work.
Recomanded GPU’s:
Nvidia:
6800,7800,7900,7950(max res), 8600(GT+GTS), 8800, 8900,

HDD’s:

mine is win xp pro, P4 2.8 GHz, 1 GB RAM, VGA NVIDIA geforce 7300 in agp and all nfs upto undercover ran perfectly except prostreet(which slows down a little when game starts)
close all unnecessary apps and make sure that cpu usage is less than 20% (go to task manager to see) then run the game.
I usually played the game when cpu usage was 5-10%.
@Jish………. I think its on ur directx…. install the latest direct x to solve your problem..
