I have a 3 year old macbook and it feels a lot faster than a recent dell a friend bought. There is something about a mac that grows on you. And the irony is I was a PC user have always used a pc and linux. But the quality of the finished goods from apple is a class apart nothing comes close too it. I have used a dell xps laptop the highend ones and man if someone gives me a choice today between a new macbook and a XPS highest end. I would still go for a macbook even if the processor of the macbook is slower. Well if you have used a mac for regular basis you will find one thing and that is for sure.
