Asus breaks Eee series with the N10

September 17th, 2008 by Ankit Duseja

“N10” Doesn’t it looks like we are talking about Nokia’s N series, but fortunately this time N10 is not another Nokia phone. Here is the new PC from Asus which ditches the Eee line and comes out with the new N series. The notebook (or should we call this another netbook from Asus) sports a Intel Atom® N270 Processor, fills up to 2 Gigs of RAM with a 10.2” inch screen.

N10 features a soft and sober look fro the top outside, the looks gets an attractive change inside and the downside. A fine black shining layer is found in the inner panel of the masterpiece. It is available with two OS options: Windows XP or Windows Vista.

The storage options are quite better and will never get you out of memory. It packs with three Hard Disk Options 160GB, 250GB or 320GB. There is nothing new with the same 1.3MP web camera found in all notebooks and netbooks these days accompanied with a microphone. Bluetooth and Wi-fi are other addons to it. Here is table with detailed specs about the Asus N10:

The price starts from $750 and ends up as per your customizations. N10 is already available in U.S. from last month and in Korea from this month but other countries like India will have to wait a little. It is expected to arrive in Indian market before 2009.
