its takes them around 1-2 months for the products to get delivered…and as you are from Jaipur it might get delayed more. I also got mine after too much of follow up plus around 45 days, don’t worry you will get the products keep reminding them regularly or you can try calling Asus helpline at 1-800-2090-365

Asus distributor in India is Rashi, pathetic in providing support.

I have bought EEE PC 1000H on 7th Oct from jaipur. Shop keeper promised to give promotional items once they will get from Asus with in 15 days. After follow up too much they are still not giving promotional items as they did not get form company.
