If you are looking for a simple, minimalistic and cheap phone, then this is just for you. Nokia recently released a Nokia 1508, a compact CDMA phone which has a simple design and is good for budget.

It has a slim, light weight candy bar design and works on the CDMA networks. Some of its features are

• Candybar Design
• Easy key pad dialing
• Integrated FM radio
• Color LCD display

It has features such as text messaging, storage of upto 500 contacts and 400 messages, upto three minutes of voice recording.

Although it has no unique features, it will definitely be enjoyed by those who don’t fancy high priced Gizmos. It is expected to be released in Q3 2008 and no details about pricing has yet been announced.
