There is also a 6XXX series from Nokia which is in the same range you provided.
These are approx prices and mobile choice really depends on what you want to do with your mobile.

The camera is its downpoint. But for Rs 6000, i think it is good. Btw can you suggest me a good Nokia phone in the range between Rs8000-10000.
