Lite-On’s Innovative Moldable Shape Changing Mouse

Imagine a mouse that will change its shape according to your will , finally a mouse that will cater to the need of people who are suffering from the discomfort of the conventional boring mouse, this moldable mouse is made up of a non-toxic light weight modeling clay covered with nylon and polyurethane fabric giving it a smooth finish. This mouse can be converted into any shape depending upon one’s comfort level and only limited to one’s imagination .

The click buttons and touch-sensitive scroll pad of the mouse are stick-on parts with built-in RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device), which can be repositioned for maximum comfort. The moldable mouse is still in its concept stage but it has already won a Red Dot design award 2007. This is perhaps the most ergonomic design as it will also minimize the chances of mouse related injuries such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome as users can change the shape at will thereby preventing repeated motions of the same posture.
