Remix and edit videos online with Adobe Premiere Express

Adobe Premiere Express is now available for free at Youtube and MTV websites for the users to remix,edit and upload videos all online.The new online application will let you make your own remix videos add special effects to them and upload to Youtube for the world to see.This new online technology is available at Youtube’s TestTube site where users can edit,remix , republish them to Youtube.

Adobe has released the final edition of “Digital Edition 1.0″, the new software from Adobe which can be used for reading ebooks,digital publications like digital newspapers and other forms web based readable media.The new software is available for both Windows and Mac and you can download it from Adobe website and comes in a mere 3 Mb. The digital edition comes bundled with the Adobe Acrobat 8 and Adobe Reader 8 applications which will let the users to run and open the ebooks automatically in these apps.It also has support forAdobe Portable Document Format, Flash SWF and IPDF(open publication standard).

Hitachi develops "Brain-Machine Interface" technology-control things with your mind

The new technology developed by Hitachi could let you control the electric appliances with your brain ,you just need to think and the work will perform , the new Brain machine interface employs a technology named as Optical Topography which sends out small infrared signals through the brain to map out the changes in the blood.In a recent demonstration done by the Hitachi researchers ,one of the researcher wearing a head gear gadget is able to move the train just by thinking. How this technology works :

The new technology analyzes the changes in flow of blood in the brain when one thinks or does calculation after which the signals recieved are converted into the electric signals.The best part of this technology is that you don’t have to install anything inside the brain , all the sensors remains outside the brain .

This technology will work wonders in the future for the disabled people to control objects .Hitachi scientists are also set to develop a Brain TV remote control which will work on the brain signals employing optical topography technology.

Thinking of moving things with our brain .. this technology will take ages to come to mainstream market till then try to move things by concentration who know you might move a things or two ..and enjoy the X-MEN series.

Breakthrough in chip architecture will result in compact mobiles

New Breakthrough in memory chip technology will pave the way for higher capacity and faster memory design for compact mobile phones , The new memory chip architecture will provide high memory capacity with two chips on a single chip for improved performance which will result in the production of more compact mobile phones.

The technology is a integration of two types of flash memory into a single chip. One type of flash memory is called a single level cell (SLC) which is best for storing programs and applications required in the mobile phones and the other is multi level cell (MLC) which is used to store data used by programs and application.(Click on Read more to expand)

Until now the cell phone designers use separate space for these two types of memory resulting in bigger mobile handsets with this new technology both types of the above mentioned memory will fit in one single chip thus making the size of mobiles smaller.

The new chip is named as Toshiba’s new mobile LBA-NAND chip which will provide designers to choose how much each type of memory they want in the phones ,Toshiba said the availability of these chips will be around in next 3-6 months and the new chips will have a capacity of upto 8 GB’s.

GeForce 8400 based DirectX 10 graphics card comes to entry level market

Gone are those days when the DirectX 10 based graphics card costs a bomb, with more and more games coming to the DX 10 streams and competition among the card makers started heating up , now you can enjoy the delights of the DirectX 10 gameplay with Foxconn launching a pair of GeForce 8400 based DX 10 compatible graphics card one with 128 MB and the other with 256 MB RAM well within price of $ 100. Another company Albatron has announced its entry level DX 10 based graphics card which will soon come to the mainstream market . More details after the jump.

Albatron has announced the 8400GS VGA for the Entry-Level market. The new graphics card employs new technology and has support for DirectX 10 and Shader Model 4.0 Video Games, HD-DVD and Blue-Ray video playback. And all this performance coming to the entry level market is a really great for the gamers who can’t have deep pockets but still want to enjoy the DirectX 10 world.

256 MB of DDR II memory with a 400 MHz clock

Price is not yet declared for the Albatron Dx 10 card but it will be a entry level card with all the above mentioned features and i also doubt the availability of Albatron’s card in the Indian market.

Another new entrant to the entry level DirectX 10 based graphics card is Foxconn .Foxconn has made its entry into the entry level Dx 10 segment with its two

GeForce 8400GS based Dx 10 cards which will cost under $100 which translates to around Rs 4000 in Indian Rupees.

New Eyeball tracking technology which promises to change the advertising world

A new eye tracking technology has been developed by the research team of Queen’s University in Kingston,Ontario which holds promises to change the advertising world …not in the internet but in the real world.

The new technology utilizes the red eye effect which can be used to record the number of impressions a billboard has received which can provide valuable information to the advertiser about how many eyes have actually seen his roadside advertisement.

Analogy with the real world:

The new technology is similar to the online world advertising in which the advertiser has to pay according to no of visitors or impressions its advertisement has received.

How this technology works:

Eyebox2 which is a palm sized device with camera which emits infra red light is a real interesting thing which will definitely catch your attention ,It has the ability to record images in rapid succession and it can tell when someone gazes at your billboard and will keep a record for that,thus the advertiser has to pay only for the no of visitors(eye impressions) who actually look into their advertisement.

TATA Indicom launches mobile internet radio on its CDMA mobiles in India

Tata Indicom is all set to provide live streaming radio in English, Hindi, Telegu, Tamil and other international languages with MP3 quality sound,Initially there will be around 41 international and local channels which will provide great radio experience to the Tata Indicom customers .The new service is available at a subscription fees of Rs 50 per month and will be available at all Tata Indicom circles.This service could also be accessed at places where Radio services are not present.
Mr. Pankaj Sethi, president of value added services, Tata Teleservices Ltd. said “This innovative product is easy and fun to use and in fact the wireless technology doesn’t even get in the way of a stellar musical experience”.The service is initially available on some selected handsets only. for eg Motorazr V3C, Samsung wideo and Motorola World Phone.

The new service has been developed by the US based company Locate-it Info Inc.in partnership with Tata Indicom.Its been a first of its kind service provided by any Indian wireless carrier.

Among the many music,news and sports channel some prominent ones which will be a part of the new service are BBC,Bloomberg,Fox radio,ESPN radio,Seattle WM.
