DDR3 memory modules are at display at the CeBIT 2007.
So expect high speeds and performance of DDR3 running
at 1333MHz, 1800MHz, 2000MHz by the end of the year.

and since the layout will be similar to the DDR2 so
you dont need to change the mobo for that …also the
mobo manufacturers would be happy to as they dont have
waste time in designing new PCB’s.
