I just tried to sign up with the corporate version of Google Apps and dealt with iYogi people. It is the worst experience I have ever had. They lie to you up front about how much it costs to get set up. After getting through automated recordings, the customer representative I spoke with could not answer basic features of the service. They told us that they were going to call back within 20 minutes and 1.5 hours later we were still waiting. I am glad that the owners of Google have made billions for themselves but as far as the Google Apps service that they offer, it is the worst thing that I have seen in years. Totally disgusted.
